
I found these gems at ShopRite in Wall, at the olive bar section. They were calling my name. I was first introduced to them by my sister-in-law Jeanne, at a holiday party. OMG! They are wonderful. Sweet, tangy, with quite a bit of a kick. To serve these, you only need 2 ingredients, the peppedews and this:

Just stuff some cream cheese into each peppadew pepper, and put them on a pretty platter, and stab them with a festive toothpick. That's all folks. Done. Super simple, flavorful, and fun! I can't believe I haven't heard of them sooner. These would be wonderful for Superbowl!

Really pretty, vibrantly colored, and I bet there are many other fillings that would marry perfectly with their flavor. Any other ideas or suggestions? I would soo love to hear them.
