Well, I have to share my news. I submitted an article to
Currents Magazine and they loved it. It is going to appear in the June issue along with a photo of the dish. I wrote an article about homegrown tomatoes and my father's amazing tomato plants when I was a kid. The article finishes with the Orzo recipe I make with tomatoes, basil, feta, and black olives. They've asked me to submit another article for the July issue. What great PR for Jersey Bites. Now I've got to start wracking my brain for another topic.
Once the magazine is out, I'll publish the article here.
