- Hey Shan, welcome to Jersey Biters. I used to bus tables at the Brothers restaurants a million years ago. I grew up in Red Bank. My uncle owns Jack's Music. I worked there all through High School and college. Nice blog too. I hope you'll join us this December for our Blogging out Hunger campaign to benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

- I’m a pretty simple girl: outgoing (but don’t mind staying in on a Friday night), a control freak (yet love to rummage though the clutter at the farmer’s market), talkative (although content to sit and observe) and relatively health conscious (but will dig into that ice cream in a heart beat).
I love the Mets, the Jets and all things Monmouth County.
