I have been an active Chef for 20+ years, owned three businesses, one here in NJ, mediate a group of poets, writers, singer/songwriters once a week here in Princeton area, and I also love to travel when possible; taking in as much of different cultures and foodways to inspire my passions. I believe in buying local, organic and as vegetarian as possible, and am a member of Slow Food USA.
