Hi Again, I forgot to mention that we're working on a new menu. We've added Homemade Pastrami that even New Yorkers say is GREAT! We make it into a plain pastrami sandwich or into a Pastrami Ruben. On the new menu, it'll also be part of the combo platter. We'll also be offering smaller appetizers, since the normal one's are way too big for one person. Thanks for the info. The only free day we have this weekend is Sunday, so, unfortunately, we won't see you. But it's good to know they won't "run out" of BBQ by Sunday...we have some friends from up north who will be down in a few weeks and we're going to stop by Extreme BBQ- they were impressed when we ordered for them last time, as the best they know of up there is Cubby's in Hackensack (not bad, but not the real deal like yours). They also exclaimed that the "man at the fryer knows his business" while munching on a hush puppy.Keep it up!

Are you going to the NJ State BBQ championship in Wildwood this weekend (or have you been to it before)? We're thinking of going to check it out, but were wondering what day would be better- Friday or Sunday? Let us know if you have any advice!
