I just looked at your profile, and will check out your site as well! Can you believe I have never been to Nicholas? We just never get to Middletown or that area of the state. I hear it is the best in NJ.

Welcome. If your favorite recipe is Nicholas, are you a Monmouth county girl? I was born and raised in Fair Haven and Red Bank.
I hope you'll share your recipes and entertaining tips. I'm with you, love having friends and their kids over for meals. My BFF and her family are over every other Friday night for dinner. It's become a tradition to my children.
