My name is John, and I'm a Biter. I won't claim to know a lot about food, but I have very eclectic tastes. I am a fan of ethnic foods, especially Indian cuisine. I am a fair-weather vegetarian, as well. About 90% of my diet comes from plant sources, but I won't refuse a meat dish when it is presented, or when a hankering strikes.
